He did though, depending on state, just showing up to the airport after talking about being involved sexually with a minor is enough to get jailed. If they are just online chats its one thing, but to actually show up as said in the chats is what allows them to arrest.

what i don’t understand is this… its all good and fine to nab people for soliciting sex of minors and what not.
But! how can be charged with the solicitation of a minor when the minor never exists?
you can “pose” as a minor online yeah sure, but in reality your just a 34 year old fat bald guy who has some power, so why can he arrest you when no crime was actually commited, and said minor doesn’t even exist?
its our way of arresting your for a crime you didn’t commit.
if your lucky and you can find them maybe you can hire…

It’s so weird because the wife is so into it. And uh, the dude has a whole room dedicated to Marlboro stuff! Hahahaha.
And JDMAllstars has a point. He never did anything illegal. It wasn’t a real person, so what crime did he commit?

No, he doesn’t have a point at all actually. In the legal world it’s called criminal intent. Federal law has a zero tolerance policy for sexual acts and minors. There is more than enough evidence to show that this couple was serious.
god I hate FL
its not that they were solciting a MINOR … its that they were SOLICITING a minor
just like going to jail for ATTEMPTED murder … the murder never happened so the actual planned crime never happened, but you still get arrested for it just because you tried
lol durin the vid u hear the old AOL door opening sound
im just saying there was no real 15 year old involved so even if he showed up at the airport where is the case?
he planned to be with the minor yes but how can you be charged when there is no minor infact she was a he and he was older then 15.
attempted murder is different. You are attempting to murder a real person not a a fake person.
all im saying is how can you arrest someone for something they did not do yet, especially when the thing is all fake and set up.
