Here is a new Casio Oceanus model that has only been released in Japan so far. It will be another 6 months to a year before being available here in the states. Atomic timekeeping (adjusts automatically I think 5 times a day), internal calender up to 2099. Never have to adjust for 30/31 day months, daylight savings time, or leap years. Also solar powered that charges a backup battery that last 2 years. I just bought one from this ebay seller he is great. Expect this auction to get up around the $420ish range. Retail on these is approx. $1000USD with the current exchange.
to be completely honest your arent going to find a real “quality” watch for under $1200. But in your price range movado, and oris both make pretty nice watches.
