E46 M3 wheels on an E36 would require a roll for sure and probably will rub worse than what is on it now.

I have a set of RE050A off an M3 if anyone needs 18" tires BTW.

e46 m3 wheels just do not work on e36’s. This has been researched to death on other bmw forums. The closest attempts have used 4 front e46 m3 wheels.
