I’ve got an offer to trade my CSL reps for a set of BMW DS1’s. The CSL reps are 18’s. I don’t particularly care for them on an E36. The car is stock height and I’d like to drop it while I’ve got it all apart. The CSL reps already rub in the rear, on stock height. What are some of your opinions of this?

You should trade for my DS1s instead.

Do you have any pics? Are yours staggered?

No but I can take some when its not colder than sweet death outside. All DS1s were 7.5, DS2s came staggered.

Ohh I know, I was just hit up McRat, I mean Mcdonalds. My windows were frozen shut so I had to get out and go inside. Thanks for the info. I was unaware that all DS1 were 7.5. I had some guy PM me on bimmerforums, said his were staggered.

I think when you lower it the rims that are on it now will look good

The only issue I have now is that the rears rub now. I’d probably have to roll teh rear quarters.

So is that the problem…you dont want to roll them ?

I’ve never done it and wouldn’t know where to begin. Do you know what the cost of doing this is and if anyone locally does it?

Those look pretty banged up, you better be getting cash on the deal.

You could just go to a smaller tire out back to eliminate rubbing.

I’m not positive I’m going to trade. I’m still debating it. I’d rather have 17’s instead of 18’s though.

I have some beat 19"s for sale…came of my 328ic flat blacked 2 brand new tires…2…smoother then your computer screen

Hes looking to downsize. 19s do not belong on E36s.

That one wheel looks like it has been curbed hard, possibly woman driver?

I like CSLs I have some on my car but 17’s look better on a E36 I think maybe it is just me. Your car looks good though now, what size tires? What offset?
