I go back to my original point… If it weren’t for your grandfather, you wouldn’t have what you do… Because like you said “I get paid decent”, doing lawn care, repair work, plowing, etc in a MH park any place else wouldn’t allow you to afford what you have, nor give you 6 figure bonuses. I’m glad you work hard and have 3 jobs… But I know a lot of other people who work 3 jobs and work hard and can’t afford your car, but then again… If they lived in there parents basement, it might be a different situation.
