I go to photobucket.com, enter in my username and password, then it just goes to a completely white page and just has an “O” in the top left corner

Looks like you might have broke the internet unfortunatly.
That said, sounds more like a browser issue unless it happens on another computer with your account only.
Sometimes photobucket does fuck up for some users…It has happened to me before when other peoples have been fine.
I just tried it from my comp at work at it worked fine.

reinstall your browser, or check the settings, something got changed. Did you recently do a windows update? Typically that is what happens when shit goes wrong.
