Getting this issue on Jay’s computer too, still working on figuring out what it is

Disconnect the internet ( pulled the cable line )

ran malware bytes and avg for several times. had to be over 12 trojans each time.
did a last scan no finds with it un plugged. frustrating could not get on the net. said mozilla was crashing. safe mode was not working either. hit or miss signing on.

so far so good.

remove everything from startup, run ccleaner to remove temp files and other bs, always run virus and spyware/malware removers in safe mode.

run combofix and superantispyware. If that don’t work, then it might need reloaded or my attention…
