Im 190 and im not afraid to use them. I guess sturdy enough, but like any ladder you push it hard enough or lean to far and your gonna go down ya know. I used them for 3yrs for all my remodeling. Drywall, painting, lighting, etc.
Small enough to bring with you anywhere and cheap enough to not break the bank while getting the job done.
Having 2 was nice since my brother helped me often
