Some areas are a LOT less strict. The guy with my old car just upped to a proline 388 engine with a 94mm promod turbo, running the same cage I had in there. He was running low 5’s / mid-low 8’s with it last year, so I imagine at least mid 7’s with his new setup. I asked if he had to beef up the safety, he said meh! LOL

Yeah I know of a couple of viper guys looking to be faster…Tx2k13 should be very interesting.
Here in Texas is pretty relaxed especially if you rent out the track or its privately owned.
