Budget? I went looking for something last year (but never ended up bying
anything). There’s a couple shops down on Lakeshore. Check the
yellowpages. They have some good shit.

Pawn shops are hit or miss, but if you are not picky you should be able to find one there for cheep. Steve’s Music also has used instuments, they are downtown but I’m not 100% sure where.
good luck, and when you do get one, try www.harmony-central.com for sheet music. For some songs they either show you the cord or have it in tab.
