wtb acura ls bottom end or engine

looking for a acura ls bottom end or complete engine

im looking to toss something together for my rally roach. i have a gsr engine, and b16 slugs and type r cams on the shelf. if i can find a non smoker ls, it will be a matter of swapping shit out and im back on the road. if i get a smoker, then a mini rebuild will be in order. regardless i need a clean bore block, as im not going oversized.

i have a spare block with pistons and rods removed, has everything except the crank, also don’t have rings in the pistons but you’ll want new ones anyway. let me know if you’re interested.

i have a ls block everything but crank and oil pan comes with acl bearings new in box and i believe rings. let me know.7249802308 also have the ls head sitting here.

i also have a b1 block, block gaurd and good crank

thanks for he replys back. im trying to get something a little more complete. no offense to you guys, but if shit is already in pieces i just dont trust it to bolt it together and run it w/o actually sitting down and checking clearances etc.

so in my quest to find a short or long block, i am willing to take a cable tranny block. i didnt want to before due to the little differences, yet i can tune around the lack of knock sensor boss and can deal w/ the other irregularities.

at this point, im getting pressed for time, so i will need a good non smoker short block. ill probably end up just doing ls-vtec for now, then in the off season swap the slugs in.

obd0 is the same bottem end? why no old shit?

i didnt want to go obdo due to the little differences w/ knock sensor bungs, and possible problems w/ pcv shit. i dont think obd0 will have provisions for the “black box” setup like the obd1 block has, yet i could get around it by doing a catch tank setup… could be wrong there though as my honda knowledge is not that great on the intricate differences.

basically, i wanna keep shit as close to stock as it can get-- i mean i got the stock air box setup in the car still. im not trying to build a monster or anything. just a little peppier than a stock gsr and ideally pick up more mid range tq. also need something that i can keep commuting 130 miles a day and beat teh fuck out of rallying. the daily commute will probably rule out my b16 slug ideal b/c i can get away w/ cheaper gas on ls vtec. most important thing is i only wanna go in one time. I dont enjoy spending my time away from work working on my jap car. if im going to work on anything, better be on something to make money or one of my german roaches.
