I have 2 megan carbon fiber seats,no brakets and sliders, used for 1 month, they look brand new nothing wrong with them, $800.

Stock seats welded in all new racing style bolsters, re-foamed using RSX seatfoam and upholstered all in suede, even the panels. Seats fully functional, sits at stock height, extremily comfortable and it just bolts right in 
I will re-upholster the seat inserts in a solid colour/fabric of your choice. I have more pics if interested
