the whole assembly alternator,pulley and no belt, its going on a Gravely/Snowblower on steroids.
i know i have about 3 mazda v belt ones let me find them and you can pick one… free…

i have a GM 10si alternator great alterntor for homemade jobs has a built in selfregulator very easy to wire up. Have a v type belt. call me at 7162075816 or email drusiniak@yahoo.com you can come get at my work. give me like 30 bucks or something
