Ok , so my previous winter car was given to me by my grandfather. But now my grandma wants it back since she got her licence again, so that puts me out 1 winter beater. looking to spend $1500 or so. E tested and Saftied please. 5 speed would be nice as well as winter tires. doesnt matter what it is, just as long as its cheap on insurance.
