Hell just sand it and get some Semi Flat Black Krylon.
You might as well take what you can get, at least you would have a bumper.
well there is a bumper on there now, but it has a lil bit of paint chiping off and a crack
Then paint it.
its cracked, lol who cares if i wanna spent $$ to just find a newer black one. maybe i dont have the time or skill to fix the clack and paint it
