can anyone confirm if ka24E is cross-compatible?

depends of if it’s rhd or not.

so for LHD yes? RHD no?

if it’s RHD the cable is super short, a KA cable will be very long.

If it’s RHD i have a spare cable here from a skyline.

LHD it should be fine.
