WTB:Charger for Verizon/Sprint Slider Phone

the phone that slid open the long way, upward, not side to side…

came out a few years ago, the verizon and sprint ones used the same charger…and i’m not talking about the pin charger for the circular hole, but the flat charger…

i dont have this phone, but the phone i have works with these chargers, and they dont have the charger for my phone ANYWHERE…well, they do have the pin charger, but i need the flat one since something inside my phone broke, and the pin charger no longer works…

if anybody had this phone and has a home charger i will gladly buy it off of you, they had the car charger in stock, but it’s a pain always having to charge my phone in the car…

edit: it would probably be useful for me to post the model of my phone, but i dont know it…it’s an audiovox, and it is a camera phone, and is silver with the big navy blue stripe down the front…i see it everywhere, so i’m sure some of you know what one i’m talking about

i have 7 different chargers at my house if you can get my a pic of it i prolly have it

step 1. take battery out of phone

step 2. look at phone where battery used to be

step 3. post model number stated where battery used to be on back of phone

step 4. ???

step 5. Profit

u might be able to get away with using a charger for an cdm-8600

and how is it this phone is a slider? the 8910 is most def. a flip.

you’re right, i have the flip phone…but they never made anything but the pin charger for my phone, and my pin hole thingie has broken shit inside it… the slider phone had the flat charger, that also would fit and work with my phone…but none of the verizon locations as far as rochester have any in stock, nor do any of the warehouses…so i need to find somebody with the slider phone home charger

the 8600 has a flat charger.

EDIT: i was giving you another possibility to get it working.

Not sure if this would help… but if you buy a USB cable for the phone, like $6 on ebay and just leave it connected to your pc it will charge it… kind of a pain but hey it works.
