Saw a ton of these costumes last year.
Toys r us they have 12" globes for 17 bucks. To make it 14" I covered it in 1" foam. When you buy fabric. MAKE SURE its s2 way stretchy or It will look like shit. I tried felt and it didn’t work. use some sort of Lycra or stretchy velvet

To make this external get a small mic from the shack and wire it to the where the diagram wants audio input. For both eyes use 2 9v batteries in series with a voltage regulator so you don’t over load the led or just create 2 circuits for each eye and tie into the same mic
