4th gen and screen just stays white but will flicker from time to time. Powers on fine. Guy at the apple store said it needed a new screen

Ive got a iPhone 4s that has a broken screen, mic, headphone jack, top button, home button, volume buttons, charger wont click in but it works PERFECT besides the few little things. WANT IT!?
