alright, i’m just trying to help out one of my friends. his seat belt for his front passenger side locked up and won’t release. his dad took the side panel off and couldn’t fix the problem, so i thought i’d see if anybody had a spare lying around after installing a racing harness or something… its a 99 civic ex, not sure if it makes a difference, but its the 2dr model. not sure what his price range is going to be, so if you would include an asking price i’d pass along the info
