WTB: Set of (4) 245/40R18 or something close

As the title states, I’m looking for a set of 245/40/18 tires. I suppose I can use 235/40/18 or 225/45/18 as well. Just has to be something close enough.

Must be an all season or snow.

Must be less than $200. Preferably $100, but I can’t have everything I want.

Must have at minimum 60%-70% left on them.
