Whan To Buy or even Borrow:
Looking for a starter for a 1997 Lumina 3.1l, from part listings it looks like the '97 - '00 are the same. Just needs to work a couple times to move around the car and needs to work on January 1st.
I like to get something cheap, quick and local before this Wednesday.
