WTB: Steering wheel adapter/quick release

I’ve got a Tekniq wheel, I’m having trouble finding an adapter for it as the diameter of the 6 bolt pattern is slightly larger than a momo hub. Thus a universal 6 bolt hub is in order, as well I’d like a good reliable quck release.

I prefer black if possible.
