I really want one of these phones, but I just re-upped my contract over the summer. If anyone has a hookup on one of these so I don’t have to pay $500 let me know. I have a LG VX9400 as possible trade bait + cash.

yep, its 469 as evolve said. really? when i was at a verizon store on friday to order mine, they said they won’t be in until the 15th, so i ended up walking out.
I went home and went online to order one and it says it should arrive in 2-3 business days, and i haven’t received anything in an e-mail yet about a backorder. I’ll just have to wait and see I guess :gotme:

I just went to go check it out. Some woman ordered one and was told 2-3 days.
i’ll wait til they’ve been out for a while to see what, if any, bugs start to come up with these…any new product is bound to have some flaws, once they’re all figured out i’ll consider it…
but not knockin it at all, looks cool as hell…

my store had 35, sold out in 3 hours. last time i checked the warehouse we had 6, 000. all of which were allocated, lol. supposed to be on back order til the 15th of december.
i went into the store about a month ago, talked to a girl who said i could be added to the list.
i said “so i am on a list, for this store, i get one of the phones of the first shipment garunteed?”
“yup, you are sixth on the list, see” -shows me a list

but after seeing it, i am not sure i like it that much. the flip screen is gonna break, and i dont think the keyboard is that nice. they said it is the answer to the iphone, but i think its a shitty answer.

im not at ea wireless
and everyone has known all along what it is…its a touch screen env w/ full html browser. its not news. granted there were no “demos” to play with but thats all it really is.
comparing the i760 to it is like…
comparing a corolla to an IS 350. its really not even the same thing.
