-Fresh inspection and emissions stickers
-Everything that originally came on the car is still on the car and working. Power steering, AC, cruise, power windows, sunroof ect

-The car runs flawlessly. Burns absolutely not one drop of oil. No leaks what so ever. Trans has no grinds and shifts into every gear perfect. It is a perfect daily driver. Almost rust free. Tiny spot of rust on drivers fender, and rust has just started to bubble on quarters. Id say about half of an inch, very minor and no rust ANYWHERE else.
The bad
-Clear coat is starting to peel on roof and trunk
-Kid before me painted the brake calipers green which i think is totally lame. If i dont find what im looking for trade wise im going to paint them black without a doubt.
-Drivers seat has a rip where your ass goes. Rest of seats are mint.
Dont want to sell the car, but looking for a trade for a clean EK coupe, hatch or EG hatch. Absolutely nothing thats not a honda or not a 5 speed. I only want to trade for something that runs as good as my car and problem free. I sold my 08 Civic SI and this is now my daily driver so i baby it and take very good care of it. Reason for trade is i love owning different hondas and i have owned quite a few.
