Correct me if I’m wrong but it’s possible to use the Z32 LCA on an S13 subframe without any modifications, right?

Correct, no need for any modifications - the one LCA with good ball joint and conical insert is a bonus and can be used on any s13, s14, s15 +many other Nissans.
You can use these mounts for Megan or Isis coilovers and other companies make them to for their sets to.
If you’re on a budget then use z32 or GTR rear shocks.
