Ok, what info you want? It’s in Riverside, I’ve lived in this house since I’ve been born, it’s our upstairs apt. we rent out. My granfather lived in it until he passed away in '93, ever since we’ve had the same couple living there, super clean. We have a pool, which we’d prob. allow you usage to. Yard is nice and clean. Apt. was fully painted inside less than a year ago as well as the carpets being recently cleaned. WHAT ELSE YOU GUYS NEED TO KNOW?
