While that may be handy, it’s also the same function that an electronic boost controller will offer you on the fly.

To answer your question with a general response, yes. The factory turbocharged vehicles do have boost control built into the OS. (Solstice GXP, Sky Redline).

Very few EBC’s let you do boost by gear.
