Sway bars are only a supplement, you should be tuning with springs and valving. The end goal is to have the sways set as softly as possible.

this is untrue, springs and dampers should NEVER be used to fight/adjust bodyroll - that is the job of anti-sway mechanisms, one of them being [anti]-sway bars.
