I wish I worked somewhere, but I still need to finish up my year, then hopefully I will be employed at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in South Carolina. Gazpacho is a chilled Spanish “tomato like” soup, it really has to sit for a full day to have all the flavors mingled together.
