your close. i don’t know what there called, but it’s chicken. i mix miracle whip and parmasan cheese together and spread it over the chicken then bake. makes a nice tangy breading.

do you cook the chicken first then bake the topping or put the whole thing in at once??? you’d think the mayo and cheese would slide off after it got really hot.

i have done it both ways. when you bake it it will get a crust on it. it won’t slide off.

:yum: i’ll have to try that one, i won’t tell the wife though. she claims she hates mayo but i’ve seen her eat the white stuff before :hsugh:

sprinkle some parsly in the mix before speading to make it purty.

My hubby would LOVE that…anything mayo and cheese lol…but he gets nothing. He’s on a diet/medication for high colesterol, we found out a few weeks ago that his is double what it should be. :ugh:
