i don’t use the shake n bake.
shake n bake is too salty anyways. i’m making this for dinner tonite. :bigthumb: we got new pans for the wedding and they’re in the oven seasoning as we speak (things stuck too much even with oil)
What kind of Pans? Is they are “stones” don’t use them for this until they have been COMPLETELY and PROPERLY seasoned… This makes a sticky mess.
Easy way to season pans is to make bacon in the oven.
my mom got me a set of stainless steel cuisenart pans with copper bottoms. i left them in the oven a little long and the oil started to turn brown but that’s ok. it’ll cook off after a while and if it stays brown well… you can’t keep’m in a plastic bag forever.
