Manny’s wheat tortilla shells, black bean paste (homemade with canned black beans that are pasted, cilantro, and hot sauce), ground beef simmerred in hot sauce and a sprinkle of shredded cheese…and yeah, they were good.

Ah, good eye. It’s real granite and it’s mainly speckles of black, grey, white, and light ruby. I bought it at Levin, so I don’t know what quarry it came from.

i made some shreadded chicken soft tacos the other night. first time using chicken. they was pretty damn good. i’ll definately be making them again in the very very very near future, like tommorow maybe.
