eh…something was fouled up between my tank to exhaust process…before seafoam…130 miles to a tank FTL…after…well i’m still on the tank i put the seamfoam in…at a half tank…trip-o-meter reads 140 miles…

1985 Chevy K10 truck
350, 4 speed

15MPG in town 17-17.5 highway…

I got 32mpg in the Civic on my last tank; some city driving but mostly through windy, hilly country roads @45-60mph with a few full-throttle stomps in between. Not bad considering I let it warm up for a minute or two on cold mornings, have my snow tires on, and still use crappy winter-mix gas.

2005 Suzuki Reno
19 mpg (delivery)
22 mpg (city)
33 mpg (highway)

The gas mileage ratings for all cars will drop next year. I read another article that said the tests were based on driving habits from 20 years ago. And nobody drives that way now.

New EPA estimates will more accurately reflect today’s driving habits.

It’s about time they revised those.

Are the new SAE hp ratings mandatory now also? The new method had dropped the ratings of one of the Toyota and Honda models from what I remember, but I’m not sure which ones or the details of why.
