I have to say that woot is great with their refurb stuff. I got a different mp3 player from them and it was spotless. I upgraded to a zune so i only used it for like a year.

the touch is pretty sweet. i have one. highly recommend it. the browser is a little clumsy before you get used to it. there is no flash either which blows. but i love it for music. the cover flow on it is awesome. i jailbroke it and it has all the iphone apps (weather, mail, maps, stocks etc). its REALLY easy to do too. but these are great, if you have the money i would grab it. not a bad price.
