Selling my 02 dodge neon. I have owned this car for around 7 years and it has never let me down! The gf has been dding it 100 miles a day to and from school and work for 2 years

Comfortable seats (drove to Florida 2 times and north Carolina)

Pioneer 6.5s
2 sets of wheels stock and steelies needs new winter tires
Has lower mile struts
30 mpgs
Doesn’t burn a drop of oil
New brakes front
Has new tie rods and ball joint forgot which one
Gets oil changed every 3000 miles at firestone

Cons: sunroof ( needs adjustment leaked the other day)
Needs wheel bearings (make noise) comes with both rear
Transmission leaks, i top it off about every 2 months
Has rust below passenger rear door
Throws a code for the cat
Has a salvage title (from previous owner side swiping a guardrail to miss a dear) i have not had a problem ever.

Good news is that both rear bearings together take less than a half hour to replace

Also to the new buyer: just caulk the sunroof shut

The sunroof just has to be aligned but i dont have time. So ya calk would also work. I did drive the shit out of this car its kind of a legend. Its quite peppy also i will surely miss it.

Has the timing belt and/or headgasket ever been done?

I have no idea however i did a compression test 8 months ago for fun because i had to do my other car and it was perfect

this car with blizzzacks, kept up with my jeep in 6inches+ of fresh snow

None of my neons have ever left me stranded, its the tiny tires that get ya through
