It does have some front frame damage and the radiator support is bent back but it shouldnt be a hard fix if you have the right equipment. I dont.
Parts shouldnt be hard to find around here. Hollenbeck’s junkyard in Sloansville has several Neons.
Car runs and drives but probably shouldnt be driven far due to the bent strut(s?).
The motor runs excellent. There’s no leaks at all and the transmission is good and shifts fine. The clutch is ok too.
This is my brother’s car and it was his daily driver until he wrecked it two weeks ago. It was a great car but he decided not to fix it and bought another car.
Pics:
The car is currently located in Altamont, NY (just outside of Albany and on a major roadway). Thats where you would be picking it up from.
You would need to trailer it back since I wouldnt think its drivable back to the Buffalo area. The struts might be bent and the fan shroud is against the intake manifold.
The price is $500 or best offer.
I just forgot to mention that its missing the passenger side front window and the HVAC controls because my brother sold them to a friend.
can you get some pictures of under the hood. where the rad support is bent. then some of what the rear damage is.
and also. how exactaly did the damage happen
I forgot to mention too that it also has a new muffler. Its basically an imitation Flowmaster and it doesnt sound too bad. Its not a fart pipe.
Also has Sony Xplod front speakers (right not hooked up due to window removal) and a stock tape deck (not installed right now).
Theres plastic over the missing window.
Clear title. Just register it after repairing it. No salvage bullshit to deal with.
Before this car was wrecked it had no previous accident damage. Just some minor dings and scrapes from parking lots on an 11 year old car. No rust ever except the tip of the hood but the hood is junk now anyway.
