With all the ricer mods, I’d say there’s a good chance a lot of the car was neglected (oil changes, nitrous on shit gas). The things worth salvaging from that car might be a little beat.

could that be rebuilt for the street as a whole car???
if you could do that then it would be a good snag
or fi it just for parts id say not worth it
