03 Honda S2000 No title, 53 Orig Miles, Rear End Damage....Because RaceCar!

Up for sale is my stripped shell Honda S2000 it’s an 03 with 53,000 original miles. The underside is mint not a spec of rust. I bought this a wile back intending to be a track car but plans have changed. I am selling this without a title. Although I do have the title from the previous owner signed over to me showing its not stolen. Title will not come with car. Reason why is In order to obtain a title for a salvage car in NYS you have to pass salvage inspection and I never brought it up to code for that to happen thus why I cant sign it over. The rear end does have some damage . This car is clean and the frame is straight. I really want to keep this but at the moment I could use the money for other projects.
