I was hitting 27~28 psi on the run. Dont really have anything left in the setup unfortunately. The stock WRX heads are holding back alot of power along with the fear of cracking a ring which im sure will happen sooner or later. I just want to hit the 1.6 60’s again with the 5.0 330’ and see what kind of time i can turn out. My guess is high 12.2 to low 12.3. I wouldn’t mind selling the car and getting something new haha.

MID/LOW 12s and AWD on the street is dangerous especially if you can cut good R/Ts.

That sucks. One thing I always worried about is that my datalogger POLLED for data meaning that knock could occur but I wouldn’t be reading that data at that time. So, you could have knock (probably small) but never see it.
With that said, knock at X + 1HP is worse than XHP.
I’d keep it safe if you are that worried but that’s just me. A working slower car > broken faster car.

Justins MR currently resides in MA to a lucky guy named Joe. Joe brings the car back out here to me to work on it as he doesn’t trust anyone else with it. It’ll be back out here within the month to get some more work done

A lot of built blocks make more power than stock even with same specs. Aside from better possible VE, the motor is fresher. Not saying that’s always the case but it’s definately a possibility.
