111 Board Feet of Hardwood Oak Flooring

Ok, not exactly what you’d see on a car forum, but I figured that i would put it here since there are some homeowners here.

111 Board feet of oak hardwood flooring. Might be more, but that’s the number that was listed when I bought it. I got it to use in my back room, but got a good deal on some laminate, so I went with that instead for ease of installation. This has been stored inside since i got it. There are a lot of shorter pieces, and some longer pieces. It looks to be in good shape, although I did notice some water spots on the undersides of a couple of the boards. They were there when I got them, and I don’t believe they affect the front side. Also includes a roll of paper to go under it. This should be more than enough to cover it.

I have it listed on CL for more, but would offer it up here for $150. Pickup would be in Binghamton, NY 13790

Here are pictures:

Mostly small stuff.

This bundle is like 11’ in length. Take into account when picking up.

Ugh if my house was closer I’d be all over this! Good luck.

How wide are the boards? If they’re 4" wide thats 37 sq. ft. if my math is correct. That would also price it at $4.05 a sq ft which isnt a fantastic deal. Also how thick is it, 3/4"?

They are normal with of 2 and change inches wide I believe. And a board-foot is 1ftx1ftx1in, so this is over 111 sq ft, which is $1.36/sq ft. I believe it is 3/4" thick, no less than that, but haven’t measured it.

And I am open to reasonable offers, especially since you’d have to drive down to get it.

And btw, this all fit in my integra to get it to my house, although the long group stuck out the back a bit. 1 trip too.

just over $1/sqft is pretty fair

3/4" is standard thickness
