Did you remove a bedroom in your remodeling or something? I’ve seen a ton of those style homes in this area but never one with just 2 bedrooms.
No we bought it as a two bedroom. Tax records have it listed as a three but looking at the hardwood floors im pretty sure it was built in 1960 as a two bedroom. They’re massive bedrooms fwiw…

So…when we bought the home it was listed as a 3bdrm…tax records show it as a 3bdrm…so its listed as a 3bdrm…
You’re right, we already have 4 people lined up to see it today and it was just listed last night at like 6. My wife and I would never had looked at it if it wasn’t originally listed that way, and then when we seen it we fell in love with it. Hoping the same thing happens again.
