Not too shabby, it’s only 15,500 sq ft. Taxes? Oh…$38,000…a year…

been FS for a while …

I love the 4000sq ft master bedroom

Meh I have seen that house for sale before. Dosent look to great.

I helped paint a bigger house in West Falls. Still a pimp house though.

:word:

Wonder if they will give me a loan for it? I guess if you can afford a 3 mil house you can afford to live some place else for the 6 shitty months we have.

oh, and: Est. taxes: $38,000.00 FTL

I dunno… lot looks a little cramped.

Id love to, but blocked @ work.

looks like old geyser styling inside…

That house is owned by the Russo’s. They used to own Sorrento Cheese. I believe they own they own the breakfast/lunch trucks that the cute chicks drive around to local shops.

I believe there are a few other houses next door that family members have owned. And one of them used to have a HUGE Corvette collection.

Yep wicked car collection. My Aunt lives with in sight of that house. Pretty sweet shit

pine hill coffee?

i know that family.
my sister’s hot roommate in college was going to marry their kid

yup. I used to live out there. All those houses used to be owned by the Russo family, and then they started moving and selling them off.

The car collection used to be in the building closest to the street, next to the barn, but got moved to east aurora IIRC. Now that building is an office or some shit.

That complex (for lack of a better term) is amazing.

The huge pond in front of the house, is also heated. To keep some geese there during winter.

The house is right by Hamburg golf course. I though it was DeMarco’s that owned Pine Hill Coffee.

That’s the name. I couldn’t think of it.

That house has been for sale for a while now.

My friend from highschool died in their front pond.

I thought that was the guy who owned Hamburg Overhead Door?

huh? who?

nope. different guy. About a half mile down the road, he set up some land kinda how that property is with ponds and such but no houses.
