1922 Octa Canoe

My step brother is the second owner of this Canoe. We have the original bill of sale (pic coming soon).

Re-canvased 6 years ago. It’s in pretty mint shape.

I really dont know what else to say. Similar canoes go for 3-7k.

Asking 4500 obo.

In Fairport. Can deliver for a fee.

Bump. anyone know where else this may find some interest?

all serious and fair offers considered.

not interested, but if your brother is the second owner, and this is just a guess- the original owner must have been around, we’ll say, 18 at the youngest to purchase this canoe. assuming your brother is in his late 20’s, early 30’s (again, just guessing) and thinking maybe he bought this canoe few years ago, this means he did business with a 100-something year old person, who apparently keeps everything

glws, looks like an awesome old canoe

yea I’m not sure of the logistics, but I think its more like we are the second family to own it. regardless its just sitting around. my step mom and her kids like to collect old ‘stuff’. this damn house is full of it. drives me nuts

bump.
