1987 audi 5000 turbo

I have a 1987 audi 5000 turbo that i’ve had for a little over a year, when i purchased it the head had been removed because the last owner was running too much boost and f%^ked it up. He purchased a new head/ cam/ all the gaskets and such. after a little bit at mark wetzels garage (squid) the head and everything was back together, unfortunatelly it wasnt starting up. during a little finagling session a buddy and me found it to be a bad ground wire. as it sits now, the car runs, i’ve taken her up and down my street a few times the only thing that seems to be the issue now it a faulty steering rack. Obviously once this car is up and driving there will be a few bugs, but thats whats going to happen when a car sits for a year right? the car starts up and runs but the steering rack is shot, i will include 2 bottles of the proper steering fluid.

*i planned on keeping this car and making it a project to have fun with, but my current financial situation is not conducive for that. i have a decent amount of money invested in this car so my price is 2200 obo.
