This car is a 1987 vw gti with a 2.8l vr6, out of 1994 vw jetta. The turbo kit is the kinetic stage 2, and has about 2000 miles on it. This car was built right. The engine we mounted the turbo on was higher mileage and blew the head gasket after 2000 miles of driving. We sent the block and head out to a machine shop over a year ago, and still haven’t received it back. At this point we are ready to give up with the project and pass it along to someone who wants it. I will include the list of all the parts that come with this rolling chassis. We will start with the brand new rims with brand new tires, which I have included pictures of. This car has cross drilled and slotted rotors all the way around, with four brand new calipers. All the brake lines are new.This car has a raceland coil over suspension, cross hatched headlights with euro grille, big bumper kit front and back, clear tail lights in rear, and clear marker lights up front.Every part for the motor is brand new including, alternator, starter, thermostat housing, stainless steel coolant pipe. We installed a brand new steering rack made for a eurovan to eliminate the power steering. The radiator is brand new. The O2A transmission has been converted to a cable clutch assembly, and has approx 160,000 miles. The intercooler is mounted on the car now, and all of the plumbing, including the Greddy blow off valve included in the car. This car has brand new front axles, ball joints, tie rods and wheel bearings. The complete turbo kit with injectors is also with the car, along with the intake, and oil pan with the fitting and lines for the oil to run down from the turbo. All sensors for the motor and bolt ons are included. We simply do not have the head or short block! The interior has grant steering wheel, racing seats, and the stock dash from a MK2 gti. We bought a radio delete gauge cluster with a boost gauge, power gauge, and water temperature gauge which can be seen in pictures. The car has a roll cage that matches the exterior paint. We are missing driver side and passenger doors and rear hatch. We can deliver within reasonable range, and we are not unrealistic people when it comes to selling projects. Although we have a lot of money invested in this vehicle, over $4000 to be specific in the turbo kit alone, we have no expectations in recovering all of our money.
