WELL! Just got home from seeing the car.
Seller claims the car was appraised at NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS , yes $9000 before it was hit. The strut tower is bent up, from separation, rust and was repaired, but they didnt realign the tower, seller claims “thats how they all are” The 9000$ showcars interior was a disaster and smelt like a sewer. Tons of rust work and paintwork was done on it, mind you, a lot better than I expected, ill give it that. Offered him $500, as he mentioned earlier it could be scrapped for 250, and about 250 in quik sale parts. He was not interested as his sister/gf or whatever kept "oh oh i got a nother email, someones offering 1500| as if im a retard. He claims via text the car could be scrapped for $1100 dollars, and that he has higher offers. 5 different people it seems are selling the car, and the infamous blue jdm coilovers in the garage, which this time came with the car when he bought it, alot different than the last few stories. all in all, good parts car, dreamer seller, shiny paint, and straight panels. Car is a HICAS model aswell.
