Dmv does have forms to obtain one. basically states how long you have had it and where you got it from. I had the forms from my ZR I got off Ryan on here.

Actually I can afford it. However it would probably end up sitting next to the quad I dont ever ride.
Just ride your quad around, there isnt even enough snow to take a sled out. You would have to waste a bunch of gas to trailer it up north.
