1999 Grand Cherokee Brake Booster Issue

My girlfriend is having issues with her brake booster. Its making a vacuum leak noise right under the pedal where the rubber shroud surrounds the inside part of the booster that connects to the brake pedal. I checked the vacuum line from the booster to the engine block in the engine bay and it looks fine. Was wondering if anyone on here would know a rough guestimate on how much it would be to replace the booster/anyone wanna do it.

a new booster is like 130 bucks and they’re not that hard to put it. You should be able to do it in the driveway in a couple hours.

Yeah it didn’t look to hard to get at but I didn’t feel comfortable tackling it myself in the dark. But my girlfriend got a family friend to do it for dirt cheap (cost of parts) at his garage so I’m all set.
