I bought this car from a friend who didn’t need it anymore. It needed some maintenance and he didn’t want to bother.
I thought I’d keep it for myself, but I already have way too many cars…
Here’s what’s been done or replaced in the last few days:
The following parts were just installed. All brand new! Zero miles.
Engine:
- Starter with solenoid and starter solenoid relay
- Alternator
- Water pump and gasket
- Heavy duty thermostat and thermostat housing gasket
- Coolant return hose from thermostat to water pump
- Upper and lower radiator hoses
- Serpantine belt
- Serpantine belt idler puleys
- Air filter
Brakes:
- Brake rotors front and rear
- Brake pads front and rear
- Emergency brake shoes and hardware (major PITA to install [just an FYI]
Exterior:
- New windshield wipers
- New tailgate wiper
- New hood supports (shocks)
Interior:
- New floor mats
- Changed all burnt out bulbs in instrument cluster
The following was also just changed:
- Oil change with new oil filter
- Coolant
- Brake fluid
- Power steering fluid
It comes with all original owners manuals, Hayes repair manual, and clean title. I will include hitch drop bar with 2" ball as well.
